By accessing or using APP_NAME ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is provided by FROSTCRYPT LLC ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

APP_NAME provides end-to-end encrypted communication. We do not have access to the content of your encrypted messages. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: distribute malware, harass or threaten others, distribute illegal content, attempt to compromise the security of the Service or other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FROSTCRYPT LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

FROSTCRYPT LLC operates APP_NAME with a commitment to user privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account information: username, email (if provided), hashed password
Device identifiers for end-to-end encryption key management
Server-side metadata required for messaging (room membership, timestamps)
IP addresses in server logs (retained for 48 hours)

What we cannot access

Message content (end-to-end encrypted)
File attachments (end-to-end encrypted)
Encryption keys (stored only on your devices)

Third parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, your account data is removed within 30 days. Encrypted message content that has already been delivered to recipients cannot be recalled.
